This seminar is an intensive, two-day program designed to benefit Radiologists in their daily clinical practice. Curriculum – Lower Limb Theory of tendinopathy and enthesopathy. Abdominal Wall and Inguinal region: Abdominal wall, inguinal canal and femoral canal anatomy, pathology, provocative testing and sonographic technique. Including detailed discussion on ventral, spigelian, incisional, umbilical, direct inguinal, indirect inguinal, femoral hernias and post operative assessment. Groin: Groin anatomy, pathology, sonographic technique and interventional procedures. Including symphysis pubis instability, athletic pubalgia, sportsman's hernia, conjoint tendon, rectus abdominus insertion and adductor origin assessment. Anterior Hip: Anterior hip anatomy, pathology, sonographic technique and interventional procedures and dynamic assessment techniques. Including hip labrum, femoro-acetablar impingement, iliopsoas apparatus, iliopsoas bursa hip abductors, trochanteric bursa, rectus femoris origin, sartorius origin, snapping hip syndromes and the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve. Lateral Hip: Lateral hip anatomy, pathology (GTPS), sonographic technique and interventional procedures and dynamic assessment techniques. Including hip abductors, trochanteric bursa and tensor fascia latae. Thigh: Thigh anatomy, pathology, sonographic technique, provocative testing, dynamic assessment and interventional procedures. Including muscles, hamstring origin, hamstring muscle bellies, hamstring insertions, sacrotuberous ligament and sciatic nerve. Knee: Knee joint anatomy, pathology, sonographic technique, provocative testing and dynamic assessment. Including patellar tendon, quadriceps insertion, collateral ligaments, menisci, ITB, popliteus and the popliteal fossa. Calf: Calf musculature, plantaris tendon, Achilles' tendon, fat pad and bursae anatomy, pathology, sonographic technique, interventional procedures, provocative testing and dynamic assessment. Ankle: Peroneus longus and brevis, lateral ankle ligaments and anterior-inferior tibio-fibular syndesmosis anatomy, normal variants, pathology, sonographic technique, provocative testing and dynamic assessment. Medial ankle tendons, deltoid ligament complex, spring ligament, and plantar fascia anatomy, normal variants, pathology, sonographic technique, provocative testing, interventional procedures and dynamic assessment. Forefoot: Forefoot anatomy, pathology, sonographic technique (with an emphasis on direct digital nerve visualisation), interventional procedures, provocative stress testing and dynamic assessment. Including MTP joints, plantar plates, fat pad, digital nerves, intermetatarsal bursae and tarsal tunnel. Objectives
