  1. check out my channel for a great back photo

  2. Cutler doesn’t even compare to Coleman. Coleman has a way thicker back and his striations are insane. As for form, when you want to shock your muscles with heavy weight you may not see the best form. But when you train you don’t go as heavy as you can every time. They both show good form when they are using weight that is not max type weight. Cutler other than his calves will never be in Coleman’s league.

  3. @kpsx5 That shit was hilarious haha poor guy

  4. lmao. “and toke away his crown” haha. true meathead…

  5. With obscene amounts of steroids, good form or bad form…it’s hard to go wrong. So long as you’re “hitting” the muscles they will grow and your recovery happens much faster on the Jizz-use!

  6. both are great but do what works for you

  7. Well its clear that they werent inspired by arnold…

  8. @royorbitol

Lol, true, but at the end of the day, the only thing that matters are the results xP. Some people just know how to avoid an injury and personalize their workouts to suit their body only.

  9. Im a BIG FAN of BOth, But I Have agree with Jay

  10. it would also help in real life to know about guns and how to use them properly and other weapons because if your attacker is retarded and leaves his gun on safety i could save you life and your goods

  11. if you cant learn them all then i recommend Brazzillian jujitsu for ground and Muay Thai or kick boxing for standing and krav maga for real life

  12. and i would recommend specilizing in as many martial arts and skills as you can
that way along with the right muscle build your punch should be able to knock
your opponent to the ground head first in the first or second round of the fight

  13. you guys are right about the form butttttt if your punch cant damage your opponent
in the ring with no dirty tricks allowed then you’ll either sprain your wrist of get your head pounded to the floor with one hard hit but personally i think that the perfect fighter would have reasonably sized triceps and very well built forearms as well as strong 300 or 400 lb crush grip and MOST IMPORTANTLY A VERY WELL BUILT UP BACK MUSCLES that will support/increase your speed/strengh BIG BICEPS DONT DO SCRACH

  14. Yes I too am amazed by their terrible form. You see it in the old Arnold videos too. Using your whole body, rocking, jerking, quick reps why the hell do they do that? These guys do this for a living why are they doing that? They could suffer career ending injuries with their techniques. Does anyone know any advantage to lifting like that?

  15. @royorbitol yea I believe form is not so good and does not have good advantages. the reasons they have the wors form is because of this folks: LIFT HEAVY ASS weight and thats it! youl grow no matter what because it doesnt fucking amtter how you do it , if you lift these heavy ass weight off the ground you will grow nuff said

  16. .ronnie is strong as hell…..DAMN !

  17. Song Name??? pls

  18. @Bootyhunter223 are you fucking kidding me? i didnt know someone at under 5’10” can be 265-70, 3% bodyfat.

    dumbass.

  19. when you get this big and developed.. using extremely heavy weight with dangerous form (improper) isnt detrimental to them, unless injury occurs. im sure when they first started it was all about form (which they say is still important but not even they utilize it now) but ultimately for them now it comes down to training, and a lot steroid/hormone usage. the only way they get bigger now is straight from drugs. not more volume training or less volume, more weight or less weight.. its the drugs.

  20. press the #4 multiple times for the guy to jack oiff

  21. I know that these guy’s have killed them self’s to get in the shape they are and have a great diet too, but man i would never use this form with my weights which by the way is no where near the weight they are lifting or could lift with good form. Like i said tho they are huge and it works for them so props.

  22. pros or cheaters.. .?

  23. @YoungJeezy333 deadlifting 800lbs does not make you a good fighter you moron

  24. @YoungJeezy333 what are u trying 2 say ?
