First, you need to lie on the floor with your head on a soft cushion or pillow. Then slightly elevate your position while the heels on your feet are on the exercise ball. You then need to lift your buttocks gently until your body reaches a straight position and forms a particular angle to the exercise ball. Do this in a regular basis for a couple of minutes and you will feel an improvement in your back. This kind of exercise is actually often recommended by physical therapists.
From many years now, the inversion table has been a tool used to ease back pains. First, you have to strap your body on the inversion table. Then, the table must be inverted in a certain angle that would ease the pressure on the disc space within your vertebrae. Easing the pressure on the area helps relieve the pinching of the nerves and succeeding back pain. The use of a small-sized pillow for back therapy helps ease the pain in your upper and middle back. First, you need to lie on your stomach with the pillow positioned on your chest for support. Then you need to hold your arms forming right angles to the position of your body. Raise your arms from their original position and then squeeze the blades of your shoulder.
Back pain may seem to be just a small problem for most people.
